Situated on a beachfront location in Oia, Vrachia Studios offers traditionally decorated rooms with spacious balconies and sea views. It features a sun terrace and free Wi-Fi throughout.
It constitutes of two apartments and five studios. All the apartments are fully equipped and traditionally decorated, with the personal touch of the owner Evangelos Pagonis. He refurbished the traditional styled apartments with wooden furnish that he has constructed. Because of the independent balconies and entries you have a feeling of privacy. The daily service is an ideal setting for unforgettable vacations at the island of the volcano.
As the sun meets the horizon and the pomegranate gives its place to the purple, there you enjoy the most famous sunset and the magic of Aegean. Guests can enjoy extensive sea views from the spacious terrace, and relax in the sun loungers.

In case of cancellation 7 days prior to arrival in Low, 14 in Middle season and 21 days prior in High season no fee will be charged.
In case of cancellation within 6 days in Low, 13 days in Middle season or within 20 days in High, 50% of the cost of the reservation is required as cancellation fees.

Our hotel enjoys a privileged location by the sea. It is 4 km from the center of Oia, while just 600 meters from here you will find many taverns which serve local specialties. Very close to our hotel - at 200 meters - are the famous sandy beaches of Kouloumbos and Baxedes which you can reach by road or by the traditional and descending stairs! It is worth visiting the picturesque church of Kira Panagia which is 200 meters from the hotel and see the famous sunset. And for those of you who wish to explore our beautiful island, you will find a bus stop just 15 meters from here. There are 3 itineraries from Oia to Fira daily.

A car is recommended but a great location for exploring. So lovely to have the choice of a dip in the inviting pool or the sea. We really appreciated the breakfast every morning too. They've just out in a small pool but it's not heated so it's a bit cold until July. I had the front room facing the street this time and I would not recommend it to anyone. You hear every single car that passes by, very loudly, and often people passing by think the room is the reception to the hotel and attempt to come in your door. It's poorly situated. The room was Large but there was no curtain in the shower which meant the entire bathroom gets wet when you shower. It does have a small kitechenette which is really convenient. However, it is the south side of the island, which is quite barren and lonely. Those seeking peace and relaxation is right here. The center of Oia there are about 4km. However, one should have a car, on foot, it is too long and buses not past the property. The kitchen equipment was not good, no pan, just a pot and only 2 dinner plates. Glasses also very little and something different. 1 Rakiglas and only 1 Glass and 1 beer mug. No scoops, no coffee maker or toaster. So you could not cook much myself. It should be somewhat improved in any case. The breakfast booked was not fixed every day. On the first day still 4 slices of toast arrived and 2 packets of orange juice and some jam / honey. On other days there was nothing left! Why? But overall the system is already very nice. | 4 |
